Refund policy
At N.Crafted, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in excellent condition. However, should you wish to request a return, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be raised within a maximum of 3 days from the date of delivery.
The acceptance of any return is subject to review and approval by N.Crafted. To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories, wherever applicable.
- Show no signs of use, alteration, damage, or tampering.
N.Crafted reserves the right to decline a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If a customer wishes to return a product for reasons where there has been no error, defect, or fault on the part of N.Crafted, the entire cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned product reaches N.Crafted safely. We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service. For international returns, a courier service of international standards should be used.
N.Crafted will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs while the returned product is in transit to us. The liability for the shipment remains with the sender until the product is received by N.Crafted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@ncraftedindia.com or +91 94285 78354.
Please provide your order details along with clear photographs of the product and its packaging to help us review the issue.
Once the issue has been verified and the return approved, N.Crafted will bear the applicable return shipping charges.
No Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If an eligible return is approved, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received by N.Crafted, it will be inspected to ensure that it meets the return eligibility requirements.
For approved returns, the refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date the returned product is received by N.Crafted.
The refund will be issued to the original mode of payment, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant bank or payment provider.
For customer-initiated returns where there has been no fault on the part of N.Crafted, return shipping charges shall be borne entirely by the customer.
Return Requests Made After 3 Days
Return requests raised after 3 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
